What happens to my QR codes if I downgrade?
Your QR codes remain active and continue to work. You will keep your oldest QRs up to the new plan limit, and any excess QRs become view-only. They still scan and redirect, but you cannot edit them until you upgrade again or delete some codes.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep full access until then.
Do scans count against a limit?
No, all plans include unlimited scans. Your QR codes should work as hard as you do, without artificial restrictions.
How does billing work?
We bill monthly via Stripe. Your card is charged on the same day each month. Annual billing with 2 months free is coming soon.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid plans. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan lets you try all the core features with 2 QR codes, no credit card required. It is the best way to see if QRLabPro is right for you before upgrading.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through Stripe. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or education?
Yes. We offer 50% off paid plans for verified nonprofits and educational institutions. Contact us with proof of status to get set up.
What is API access?
